LNM starts to enter negotiations with trade union

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, LNM has signed draft agreement with Polish Treasury Ministry to acquire PHS. However, the deal has not been completed due to the social package of PHS' workforce. Currently, LNM has begun to negotiate with trade union to agree on social package of PHS' workforce. A complete privatisation agreement will be submitted to the Polish Treasury Ministry, after the negotiations are completed. It is expected that the draft agreement will be approved by the Polish cabinet, due to the start of negotiations between LNM and the union.
