Kingland Pipeline completes construction of spiral welded pipe project

Zhejiang Province-based Chinese pipe producer Kingland Pipeline and Technologies Co. (Kingland Pipeline) has announced that it has completed construction work and is currently commissioning its project for production of high grade pre-finishing spiral welded pipes for application in petroleum and natural gas transmission with an annual output capacity of 200,000 mt. The project in question involves an upgrade and expansion from the producer’s existing annual capacity of 120,000 mt for the products in question. Kingland Pipeline has expected to invest a total of RMB 593 million ($96.9 million) in the overall project, including the original capacity and the subsequent expansion.
