JSW’s crude steel output down three percent in January

JSW Steel, one of the largest Indian steelmakers, produced 1.41 million mt of crude steel in January this year, showing a decrease of three percent year on year, the company stated in a press release.

In addition, in the same month the company produced 1.02 million mt of flat rolled products, decreasing by one percent, while it produced 342,000 mt of long rolled products, also down by one percent, both on year-on-year basis.
