JSW Steel’s crude steel output up three percent in May

JSW Steel, one of the largest Indian steelmakers, produced 1.39 million mt of crude steel in May of this year, showing an increase of three percent year on year.

According to the company's statement, in May JSW Steel produced 956,000 mt of flat rolled products, rising by two percent, while its long rolled product output totaled 329,000 mt, up six percent, both on year-on-year basis.
