Heilongjiang Province-based Chinese steel producer Jianlong Iron and Steel Co. (Jianlong Steel) has announced completion of construction work on its continuous casting seamless pipe project in Shuangyashan, Heilongjiang, with a designed annual capacity of 750,000 mt.
Work on the project was launched in August 2009 with a planned investment of RMB 2.46 billion ($386 million). Annual sales revenues are expected to reach RMB 8.17 billion ($1.28 billion), with an annual pre-tax profit of RMB 330 million ($52 million)
