Jiangyin UnionSteel increases June prices

SteelOrbis Shanghai On May 25, Jiangsu province based steelmaker Jiangyin UnionSteel released June ex-factory prices of galvanized coils and color coated coils. Compared with May, galvanized coil prices increased RMB 400/mt ($50), 0.3-0.39 mm thick color coated coil prices increased RMB 500/mt ($62), and ≥0.4 mm thick color coated coil prices increased RMB 400/mt ($50). After the adjustment, the new price of 0.5 mm thick galvanized coils is RMB 6,700/mt ($835), and that of 1.0 mm thick galvanized coils is RMB 6,100/mt ($761). The new price of 0.426 mm thick color coated coils is RMB 7,350/mt ($916), and that of 0.476 mm thick color coated coils is RMB 7,200/mt ($898). 17% VAT is included in all prices.
