ITC decision on AD duties on certain pipe fittings from 5 countries

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday determined that revocation of the existing antidumping duty orders on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Brazil, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US market. As a result of both the ITC's decision and the Department of Commerce's (DOC) affirmative findings, the existing orders on imports of carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Brazil, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand will remain in effect.
