The Ukrainian steel producer ISTIL will start construction works on its new mill in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in September of the current year.
The new mill, with an annual production capacity of 550,000 metric tons of wire rod and debar, will be located in Dubai.
The mill is scheduled to commence production in June 2008.
