Iran’s Khouzestan Steel sees semi-finished steel output rise by 20 percent

Iranian steelmaker Khouzestan Steel produced 1,151,000 mt of semi-finished steel (billet, bloom and slab) in the first four months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), representing an increase of 20 percent compared to the volume of 962,000 mt recorded in the same period of the previous Iranian year - according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
