Khouzestan Steel’s semi-finished steel output up 10 percent

Iranian steelmaker Khouzestan Steel produced 1,162,000 mt of semi-finished steel (billet, bloom and slab) in the first five months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), representing an increase of 10 percent compared to 1,056,00 mt in the same period of the last Iranian year - according to the newly published data from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
