Iranian iron ore miner Jalal Abad produced 490,600 mt of iron ore in the first five months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), up 43 percent compared to 343,500 mt of iron ore in the corresponding period of the last Iranian year - according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
Meanwhile, Jalal Abad iron ore mine extracted 2.05 million metric tons of iron ore in the given period, according to the same source.
