India’s RINL floats export offer for 60,000 mt of billet for delivery by June 30

Indian government-run steel producer Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has floated an export tender for 60,000 mt of prime concast billet for delivery by June 30, 2026, company sources said.

The sources said that the last date for submission of bids has been set for April 30, 2026, for a minimum volume of 30,000 mt.

Delivery to the successful bidder will be executed against irrevocable without recourse international letter of credit payable at sight, the sources said.
