India’s NMDC Limited achieves 37% growth in iron ore output in October

Indian state-run miner NMDC Limited recorded iron ore production of 3.33 million mt in October this year, up 37 percent year on year, a company statement said on Wednesday, November 3.

The miner reported total iron ore sales of 3.58 million mt during the month, up 42 percent year on year.

Total cumulative iron ore production in the April-October period came to 21.04 million mt, up 43 percent year on year, the company said.
