Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), a subsidiary of government-run Coal India Limited (CIL), achieved coking coal production of 2.37 million mt in July 2026, a rise of 4.6 percent over the corresponding month of the previous year, according to a company statement on Monday, August 3.
The company's cumulative coking coal production during the April-July period of the fiscal year 2026-27 stands at 8.57 million mt, a decline of 21.2 percent from the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
