Germany-based Ilsenburger Grobblech GmbH, a subsidiary of German steelmaker Salzgitter Group, has announced that it will supply 60,000 mt of heavy plate to Spain-based Navantia S.A. for the French Dieppe-Le Tréport Offshore Wind Project.
The Dieppe-Le Tréport offshore wind farm is being built offshore from the coastal towns of Dieppe and Le Tréport in Normandy, France.
The wind farm will have an installed capacity of 496MW and will become operational in 2026.
