Handan Steel ups ex-factory price of medium plate

SteelOrbis Shanghai Hebei Province-based Handan Steel hiked its ex-factory price of retail medium plate by RMB 200/mt($26). Following this upward adjustment, the ex-factory price of Q235B grade 8 mm common carbon medium plate has risen to RMB 4.210/mt ($540/mt), while that of 14-25 mm is now RMB 3,730/mt ($478/mt). The above prices include 17 percent VAT and are in effect as of January 9.
