The freight volume of coal on China’s Daqin railway - the barometer of heavy coal transportation in China - amounted to 104 million mt in the first quarter this year, as announced by Daqin Railway Co., Ltd.
In particular, in March alone, the freight volume of coal on Daqin railway amounted to 38.87 million mt, up eight percent year on year, while rising by 14.7 percent month on month.
