Final results of CVD review on certain steel pipes from Turkey

On July 1, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of the countervailing duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe imported from Turkey. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC conducted an expedited (120-day) sunset review. As a result of this review, the DOC determined that the revocation of the countervailing duty order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy at the levels indicated below:
