The US Department of Commerce published the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate imported from Romania. On September 22, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate imported from Romania, covering the period August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004. The review covered Mittal Steel Galati and Metalexportimport SA (MEI). The administrative review also covered additional producers/exporters of the subject merchandise: Metanef SA, MINMET SA, CSR SA Resita and Combinatul de Oteluri Speciali Tirgoviste, for which the DOC has finally decided to rescind the review since the these producers, with the exception of CSR, did not ship the subject merchandise during the period of review. With respect to CSR, Nucor, domestic petitioner, withdrew its review request. The final weighted-average dumping margins existing for the period August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004 are as follows:

Producer Margin
