Final results of AD review on certain flat products from Japan

On August 19, 1993, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) imposed an antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from Japan. On October 13, 2004, Metal One requested that the DOC initiate a changed circumstances review to revoke the antidumping duty order on diffusion annealed nickel-plate. Upon finding sufficient evidence that a changed circumstances review was warranted, the DOC undertook a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order to determine whether there was interest in continuing the order with respect to the product identified by Metal One. After not receiving comments on the initiation of the review, the DOC decided to revoke the order without making any changes in the final results.
