Fenix Resources’ iron ore shipments from Iron Ridge Project up slightly in June quarter

Australia-based Fenix Resources Limited has published its quarterly report for the three months ending June 30 this year.

Accordingly, the company shipped 351,828 wmt of iron ore from its Iron Ridge Project in Western Australia, up by 0.2 percent compared to the March quarter. Six shipments, consisting of 141,898 wmt of lumps and 209,930 wmt of fines, were sold during the June quarter.

The average grade shipped in the June quarter was 63.3 percent Fe for fines and 64.4 percent Fe for lump products, compared to 62.9 percent Fe and 64.3 percent Fe in the previous quarter, respectively.

In the given quarter, the company produced approximately 362,100 wmt of iron ore, including 161,200 wmt of lumps and 182,000 wmt of fines.
