Evraz to build new metallurgical plant in Rostov region

The authorities in Russia's Rostov region plan to conclude an agreement with Russian mining and steel producing company Evraz Group regarding the construction of a new metallurgical plant in the region.

The metallurgical plant will be built in the territory of the former port in the Ust-Donetsk district of the Rostov region. The company's investment in the project will amount to around Ruble 5.3 billion ($0.18 billion)
