The Russian steelmaker Evraz Group (Evraz) has announced the completion of the acquisition of IPSCO's Canadian plate and pipe business (IPSCO Canada).
Former IPSCO's Canadian assets, including Regina Steel as well as plate and pipe production capacity in Regina, Calgary and Red Deer, are now part of Evraz's North American operations.
