DOC rescinds review for Turkish welded pipe & tube

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced rescission of anti-dumping duty administrative review for certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey. The rescission is decided upon as a result of Allied Tube, et al.'s, the only requester's withdrawal of request. The period covered was May 1, 2001 through April 30, 2002 and the only producer/exporter involved was Borusan Group.
