DOC drops CVD administrative review for Borusan
The US Depatment of Commerce (DOC) on June 24, 2002 published Notice of Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review for Certain Welded Carbon Steel
Pipe and Tube from
Turkey. The review was initiated on April 24, 2002 at the request of Borusan Boru Birlesik Fabrikalari Mannesmann Boru and now that the company withdrew its request, the review is annuled.
