Chinese stainless steel flatware faces AD investigation in Brazil

On June 13, Brazil's Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade announced the initiation of an antidumping (AD) investigation against stainless steel flatware imported from China. The customs codes of the products in question are: 82111000, 82119100, 82152000 and 82159910.
 
On the same date, the directorate of imports at Argentina's Undersecretariat of Trade Policy and Management also announced its decision to launch a sunset review of the AD duty on imports of Chinese ball bearings. During the review period, the existing antidumping duty will remain valid.
