Hunan Province-based Chinese tubemaker Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd has successfully completed mass production of 1,000 mt of P110 grade sulfur-resistant casing pipes, with the batch of products in question currently being delivered to oil fields belonging to China National Petroleum Corporation.

As global resources become scarcer, oil and gas exploration is entering more severe environments. Thus, in line with customers' requests, Hengyang Valin Steel Tube has developed a series of anti-corrosion casing pipes and these products are now used in oil and gas wells where corrosive elements are present.
