According to the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China's average daily crude steel output in mid-September (Sept. 11-20) this year came to 1,918,600 mt, down 2.31 percent compared with early September (Sept. 1-10).
Meanwhile, average daily crude steel output in mid-September of steel enterprises which are members of the CISA totaled 1,629,700 mt, down 2.27 percent quarter on quarter.
