Carlisle Construction Materials acquires Drexel Metals

Drexel Metals, a custom metal fabricator that specializes in architectural metal roofing, has been acquired by Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM). Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Drexel Metals also has facilities in Colorado, Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Drexel’s senior management team will continue to work with CCM to grow the brand in the architectural metal roofing segment.

CCM is a diversified manufacturer and supplier of premium building products and related technologies for the commercial and residential construction markets. It has 26 manufacturing facilities across the US with headquarters in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. CCM is a $2 billion division of Carlisle Companies.
