CAAM: China’s passenger vehicle output up 9.9 percent in Jan-Feb

In February this year, the output and sales volumes of passenger vehicles in China amounted to 1.847 million units and 1.633 million units, down 10.8 percent and 26.4 percent month on month, while rising by 31.5 percent and 18.3 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
 
In the January-February period of the current year, the output and sales volumes of passenger vehicles in China totaled 3.919 million units and 3.851 million units, up 9.9 percent and 6.3 percent year on year, respectively.
