Australia's Antidumping Commission has announced that it has initiated a review regarding the antidumping (AD) duty on imports of certain hollow structural sections from Thailand to examine whether the variable factors relevant to the taking of the antidumping measures have changed.

The review launched upon the application lodged by Thailand-based Pacific Pipe Public Company Limited (Pacific Pipe) covers the period between October 1, 2016 and September 30, 2017 and covers all exporters of the goods exported to Australia from Thailand.

The antidumping duties were originally imposed in August 2015, ranging between 5.7 percent and 29.7 percent.

The products subject to antidumping review currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7306.30.00, 7306.61.00 and 7306.69.00.
