ATZ sees improved pipe output in 2012

In 2012, Tatarstan-based Almetyevsk Pipe Plant (ATZ), a subsidiary of Russian pipe producing company United Metallurgical Company (OMK), produced over 215,000 mt of steel pipes, registering a 14.6 percent increase compared to the previous year.

In the given year, ATZ shipped more than 213,000 mt of steel pipes, increasing by 16 percent compared to 183,000 mt in 2011.
