Argentina has opened a sunset investigation into the imports of steel saw blades from India, while maintaining an existing definite antidumping (AD) duty over the imports of the product until the probe is completed.

According to government reports, the current AD levy is $0.33 per unit. The levy was initially applied in October 2012, and expired in October this year after the initial five-year period ended.

The products subject to the levy fall under the Mercosur HTS codes 8202.91.00 and 8202.99.00.
