Prices for rebar and hot rolled steel plate at ArcelorMittal’s ecommerce platform in Brazil remained unchanged from August to September, according to the latest figures in the company’s website.
The steelmaker is still selling its CA-50, 10mm thickness rebar for BRL 31.30 per 7.4 kg, as of September 29, while hot rolled steel plates with a thickness between 1,000 and 2,000mm are still being sold at BRL 115.87 per 31.4 kg, the same price as seen in August 20.
According to the company, U beams of 152.4x48.8mm are costing BRL 296.55 per 73.2 kg, as of September 29, same price as seen in late August.
