Anyang Steel begins 2,800 m3 blast furnace production

After the construction which lasted almost one year of its 2800 m3 blast furnace, Anyang Steel successfully produced iron from the furnace on the morning of June 28, 2007.

With a designed capacity of two million mt, the new blast furnace is an essential part of Anyang Steel's new production system, aimed at resolving their problem of insufficient molten iron supply.
