AK Steel CEO sheds shares in the company

AK Steel President, Chairman and CEO James L. Wainscott sold 98,200 of his shares in the company on February 11.

At an average price of $21.53 per share, the sale was valued at over $2.1 million, according to a Form 4 filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC reports that Wainscott still holds 497,039 shares of AK Steel.
