AD review on certain pipe fittings from Thailand rescinded

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) rescinded administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings imported from Thailand. DOC on August 30, 2004 initiated administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings imported from Thailand upon the request of Thai Benkan Company Limited of Thailand (TBC). The period of review was July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004. As TBC withdrew its request within 90 days after the initiation of the review, DOC determined to rescind the with respect to imports of subject merchandise from Thailand.
