There isn’t much of anything going on the US domestic or import API X-42 ERW line pipe markets these days, according to SteelOrbis sources.  Not surprisingly, prices across the board have held mostly flat.

Futures prices from Taiwanese and Vietnamese producers have held steady at approximately $35.00-$36.00 cwt. ($772-$794/mt or $700-$720/nt), DDP loaded truck in US Gulf coast ports; offers from Korean continue to trend approximately $1.00 cwt. ($22/mt or $20/nt) below Taiwanese and Vietnamese offer prices.  US domestic spot market prices are also lateral, at $45.00-$46.00 cwt. ($992-$1,014/mt or $900-$920/nt), ex-Midwest mill.  SteelOrbis sources continue to report that all pricing is flexible base on tonnage.
