Ex-Australia coking coal prices to India tend down

On July 24, SteelOrbis reported that ex-Australia PHCC (premium hard coking coal) offers to India were at $191-192/mt CNF and HCC at $183-184/mt CNF.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that PHCC offers to India are now at $169-170/mt CNF and HCC at $153-154/mt CNF. In the past month, PCC prices declined $22/mt while HCC declined $30/mt. A source noted the close correlation between CNF India and CNF China prices over the month.
