Today, November 10, Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has issued its official rebar price at TRY 26,230/mt ($565/mt) ex-works, while also issuing its wire rod price, at TRY 26,695/mt ($575/mt) ex-works, with increases of $5-10/mt as compared to late April, against the backdrop of the ongoing currency fluctuations and the positive sentiment in the import scrap segment. Both prices include 10 percent VAT.
The workable rebar price in the Marmara and Izmir region has varied at $550-570/mt ex-works so far.
