Effective with shipments as of January 1, 2009, Gallardo will increase its section transaction prices by €25/mt ($35/mt), following the announcement of its raw materials surcharge (RMS) as €99/mt ($138/mt). The main reason for such increase in section prices has been indicated as quite low prices in December. Meanwhile, Gallardo has an intention to compensate its December loss within the first quarter of 2009.
