US import HDG prices "all over the map"

Sources tell SteelOrbis that US import HDG and Galvalume offers from non-Section 232 subject countries such as Mexico, Brazil, and Korea are competitively priced compared to others but "all over the map." Although there is not a firm price range, sources say offers from the mentioned countries can be found around $85 cwt. ($1,874/mt or $1,700/nt), both FOB Mexico and DDP loaded truck in US Gulf ports, for 0.012” G30 HDG coil. Offers for 0.019x41.5625 Gr80/AZ55 Galvalume, from the same sources, have been heard in the low- to mid-$80 cwt. ($1,764/mt or $1,600/nt) range, same conditions.
