Apparent demand remains low as service centers still have adequate stock levels. Meanwhile, import HRC offers have begun trending down lately as local buyers prefer domestic material due to shorter lead times. Meanwhile, HRC prices in northern Europe are at around €505-510/mt ($571-576/mt) ex-works.
