Having completed their order bookings for March production hot and cold rolled coils (
HRC &
CRC), Indian flat steel producers have not yet issued their offers for April production, while they are still focusing more on export sales of steel
plate and hot dip
galvanized (HDG).
Indian producers' steel
plate offers to
Europe are standing at €550/mt ($731/mt) CFR Antwerp and some transactions have been concluded at this price level.
In the meantime, Indian producers have kept their HDG export offers unchanged at $770/mt FOB for materials of 0.50 mm thickness with 100 gr/m² zinc coating, while they are concluding sales of these materials mostly to the Middle Eastern markets.
