HRC offers from Ukraine to Turkey soften
Hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from Ukraine to the Turkish domestic market have softened by $20/mt as compared to the list prices from the previous month, while declining by $5/mt as compared to transaction levels during August, with the offers currently standing at $555-560/mt CFR, for October output.
