Brazilian producers are negotiating HRC for export to South American countries in price range of $530/mt to $560/mt, FOB conditions for the basic commercial grades, the same range as last week, a local exporter told SteelOrbis.
Preliminary numbers from the country’s customs authorities point to a 30 percent decline in February from the 86,400 mt of HRC exported from Brazil in January.
