According to market sources, an ex-Ukraine deal for hot rolled coil (HRC) has been concluded in Turkey in the past week at the price level of $480/mt CFR, for shipment in January.
On the other hand, HRC offers from Russia to Turkey are currently in the range of $490-505/mt CFR, also for shipment in January.
