SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from Ukraine to Turkey have decreased by $20/mt over the past week and are currently at $460/mt CFR, while Russian HRC offers for the same destination are at $490/mt CFR, indicating a decline of $10/mt in the same period, both for shipments in January.
