SteelOrbis has learned that in the Russian domestic market offers of 2-12 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) from Severstal's Cherepovets Steel Mill for November rolling to local customers are currently given at Ruble 20,420-21,210/mt ($643-668/mt) ex-works, including 18 percent VAT, for advance payment.
Meanwhile, Cherepovets' 0.7-2.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to the domestic market are at Ruble 23,810-24,355/mt ($750-767/mt) ex-works, including 18 percent VAT, also for November rolling and for advance payment.
