CRC imports in Brazil are negotiated in average at $710/mt, CFR conditions, a reference now stable over the last eight weeks, according to sources.
In the Brazilian domestic market, CRC of the basic commercial grades is offered in medium to large volumes by the producers at BRL 6,300/mt ($1,090/mt), also stable in BRL over the last eight weeks, ex-works, full taxes except IPI.
In January, Brazil exported 2,800 mt of CRC, in average at $827/mt, and imported 31,100 mt at $600/mt against respectively 7,300 mt at $840/mt and 8,700 mt at $646/mt in December.
